It exposes the Evils of racial classification and the changing of Our Identity for political and monetary gain. The identity of the Indigenous people of America has been changed from Aboriginal, to Indian, to Negro, to colored, Black, and then Afro- American, up until 1988; when we were unjustly, once again re-classified as African-American, and further removed from our true history and rights of our ancestral lands. In Addition; The racial Integrity Act, and The Snyder act, were used to continue the erasure of The indigenous people, as a paper genocide . And let’s not forget The White Supremacist, Walter Plecker ( a physician and the first Virginia state registrar of vital statistics, a position he served in from 1912 to 1946), who conspired, and was successful in reclassifying The Indigenous people of America, as Colored!
